Welcome to the JCC fitness department! Our facility offers an exceptional center with new cardio machines, along with some of the latest resistance strength training equipment. Our upper level offers the traditional heavy free weights, Smith machine and more adaptive motion trainers. The track is surfaced with a cushioned material that creates less impact on the joints and is air conditioned for those hot summer days.

Our mission in the JCC Fitness Center is to create and sustain an environment that supports a healthy lifestyle and improves the quality of life for our members. We achieve this goal through a knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate staff who are dedicated to providing our members with education and an unmatched quality of service.

As a new member you will be given a complete orientation on how to use our equipment safely. This session will be with one of our certified fitness professionals and we’ll schedule this orientation when you join so you can get the maximum benefit out of your JCC membership.

Our fitness associates are certified in CPR/AED, are knowledgeable to answer any of your questions and can help with any of the machines.
