Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Barre is a combination of Pilates, Yoga, & Ballet movements creating an ideal total body workout. You will be using light weights, balls, and bands. Get ready to train like a dancer! All levels welcome.

B’HIIT has you working with kettle bells, bands and balls in a high intensity interval training (HIIT) format that will work the total body. Prior strength training recommended.

Cardio Combos class is for all fitness levels and body types.  This workout targets endurance and strength.

Chair Aerobics allows you to move your body to improve your cardiovascular, flexibility & strength as you sit.

Chair Yoga is a fun way to improve your flexibility, stretching, deep breathing and seated yoga postures.

Complete Body works with hand weights and body bars as you strengthen and tone your body.

Core & More targets the abs, spine, internal & external oblique’s and glutes which will reshape and tone your body.

Cycling I Learn the basics of safe, efficient, lower-body cardio exercise that will enable you to take cycle classes anywhere, anytime, with any instructor—FOR LIFE. Progressive instruction helps build skills and capability at beginner and expert levels. This class is a great refresher class for even the most experienced cyclists.

Cycling ll provides the opportunity for you to challenge yourself with periods of intense cycling followed by recovery periods. Prior cycling experience is helpful.

Cycling lll is a high intensity class with varying resistance motivated by electrifying music; ends with stretching.

Heart and Muscle is for all ages and levels!  We’ll warm up/stretch and then alternate cardio (you choose low or mid impact cardio intervals) with light weights to improve muscle tone and strength and finish with more stretching!

H.I.I.T IT! stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is for general fitness level with previous strength training and will focus on intervals at maximum intensity followed by a short rest is the best method for early engagement of your body’s fat burning system and the quickest way to improve your fitness level.

Pilates increase flexibility and builds core strength using positions and your own body weight for resistance.  Mind and body work together through the body’s full range of motion.

Stretching for Health a class that will bring balance to your body & mind through breathing, flexibility, and relaxation.

Yoga is designed for those just starting out no matter what your degree of flexibility or experience might be.

Yoga Level II is designed for people who are ready to take their yoga to the next level. This class is an hour of cardio, strength and flexibility ending with relaxation. Previous Yoga experience is highly recommended.

Zumba combines high energy music with Latin influences and highlights unique moves and combinations.  Utilizes interval training and resistance training
